Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems continues to educate the industry by creating a new eLearning course that covers Hubbell Delivery Systems.
Whether connectivity is needed to support email, bandwidth-intensive applications, or complex multimedia presentations, the course focuses on solutions that get the right connection to the right location. Participants learn about the types of Hubbell Delivery Systems available, where they should be used, the product families that are part of the Hubbell Delivery Systems line, and the proper applications for delivery systems.
Reinforcement questions throughout the Delivery Systems eLearning course help users focus on and recall what they are learning. At the end of the course, a short quiz tests understanding. Upon completion, users receive a list of valuable resources to reference for specifying, selecting, ordering, and answering questions about Delivery System solutions.
Continuously growing its eLearning offerings, Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems currently offers 16 eLearning courses across three categories: Products, Markets, and Solutions. The Delivery Systems eLearning course is the latest addition to the Product category, which also includes online training for Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems products like SNAPConnect, tradeSELECT, and Insulgrip Twist-Lock and straight-blade devices.
“Hubbell is dedicated to making sure our customers learn everything they can about the products and systems they work with,” says John McFarland, director of commercial marketing for Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems. “Having the right power, data, and AV connections in the right locations is critical for all types of buildings, from schools and businesses to hotels and airports. Hubbell’s hands-on, interactive tools help explain relevant products, markets, and solutions in a way that help users retain information and put that knowledge to use on future projects.”
Hubbell eLearning courses can be found online at Hubbell University, BlueVolt, and the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) Learning Center. Users need an ID and password to access any eLearning courses.
